Saint-Côme, Canadian Sanctuary

A Québec, Canada Retreat Experience.

2025 season dates TBA.

Please check back in a few weeks.

We’re currently scouting the wilderness for the perfect place to host our next retreat. The pack is on the move, seeking a space that feels just right - sacred with soul-deep roots. Thank you for your patience as we let the land call us home. We promise, it’ll be worth the wait.

Your wild is calling . . .

Come run with the pack, Babe.
This isn’t just a weekend away in the woods - it’s a return to your wild, sacred, primal, emotional self. We’re building a forest hideaway of soft hearts & fierce healing. We’ll cry under the trees, laugh in our PJ’s, and whisper the kind of truths you usually keep tucked away. We’ll braid each other’s hair by the fire, roast s’mores under the stars, + howl our stories into the night sky. This is your invitation to shed the weight of the world’s opinions, the walls you cage your heart with, and the sorrow of traumas past. This is your invitation to be held - by the woods, by your body, and by a community that sees you.

Retreat into nature with your forest bestie and movement muse, Anna. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music and a Psychology minor, Anna brings a rhythm to healing that’s both scientific and soulful. As a certified personal trainer through the YMCA of Canada, and currently deepening her studies in somatic fitness, she’ll help you reconnect to movement as medicine. No toxic gym talk here - just joy, embodiment, and workouts that match your emotions. Think forest circuits, fire-lit dance sessions, and breath-led stretches that leave you glowing. Anna is glittery, goofy, grounded, and ready to walk beside you every step of the way. Let’s get grounded, glowy, and gently wild - Anna’s got the snacks and the squats.

Curl up in the forest with your therapeutic studies bestie, Laura Leigh, and rediscover the power of safe touch. Cuddle pro. Nervous system whisperer. Sacred mirror-holder. Laura Leigh is a trauma-informed Cuddlist trained in therapeutic touch, a high-functioning ADHDer, a photojournalist with a heart for healing, and a guide for those rediscovering softness. She's currently training in the Triadic Model and trauma-responsive care, and brings deep emotional intelligence to everything she touches. Together, you’ll explore how to give and receive touch with clarity and care, practice mirror-work that feels like worship, and build boundaries that hold. You’ll stop shaming the skin you’re in and start honoring every part of it. By the time you leave, you won’t just feel held - you’ll know how to hold yourself.

Come be held, seen, and supported by your hosts & fellow attendees. Unleash your wild and let your soul exhale. The pack awaits.

Guided mirror work and body neutrality talk. Learn how to give yourself love by moving and flowing in a way that feels strong, sensual, and safe instead of just holding a pose.

Reinforce the practices you've built. Group shares on real-life boundaries, how to keep them, and what it means to protect your peace.

  • 2:30 PMGroup Howl + Photo Finale
One last memory by the trees before we go : we gather, we laugh, we pose - and we howl. Yes - we howl. We take separate turns and then howl as a cohesive group because - we are pack. A collective exhale to say, “I made it. I’m here.”

  • 3:00 PMClosing Circle & Goodbyes
A moment to integrate. Leave with tools, connections, + a fuller sense of your body and your boundaries. This is your time to exchange numbers, socials, and plan for further developing your new found friendships.
